Fred Salva
Fred Salva – Certified Residential Appraisers. Fred is the owner and chief appraiser of Next Gen Appraisers. With over 18 years experience in the residential appraisal industry, Fred has developed the skills necessary to navigate any valuation scenario. Fred and Kristina started the appraisal business in 2006 with a vision of a company that would bring the science and art of the appraisal business into the future.
Utilizing the cutting edge of technology and techniques, Fred has developed the ‘Next Generation’ of appraisal procedures that ensure the most accurate valuations in a timely manner that caters to our clients. Fred is FHA certified, a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors. On his off time Fred enjoys fishing, surfing, and quiet nights with Kristina, the chickens, dogs and a glass of wine.
Kristina Krill
Kristina Krill is the owner, president, and backbone of the appraisal business. Kristina is the office administrator and quality control coordinator for the appraisal process. Kristina has been with Next Gen Appraisers since inception in 2006. Kristina has over 30 years in the customer service industry and brings a warm interaction with all of our clients.
In addition to running the daily duties of the office, Kristina trains all new employees on the technology pertinent to the appraisal process as well as directly aiding the Chief appraiser in the valuation process. Aside from work, Kristina enjoys raising chickens and roosters, trips to the beach, tae kwon do, and reading.
Kris Adkins
Kris Adkins – Trainee Appraiser. Kris is the newest team member to the Next Gen Family. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Mathematics, Kris makes a great addition to Next Gen. A teacher of Mathematics for over 15 years, she is no stranger to the science behind the appraisal process. On her off time Kris likes Kayak on Florida’s waterways and spend time at the beach.
Brandon Salva
Brandon Salva has been with Next Gen Appraisers for the past 2 years. Growing up in an ‘Appraisal Household’ he has witnessed the appraisal process first hand throughout his life. Attending the University of Central Florida, Brandon has taken the opportunity to join the family business and contribute to the appraisal process while studying business and finance. Brandon has a strong background in mathematics with a focus on statistics that aid in the appraisal process.
Currently studying for his appraisal trainee license Brandon looks to expand his knowledge of the Residential valuation process and eventually become certified. On his time off Brandon likes to spend time at the beach, playing video games and rowing a scull on the lakes of Winter Park
